3. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
4. Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
5. Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
6. Interfere with platform security or operations

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the materials and content you upload to CrewThrive. By submitting content, you grant CrewThrive a limited license to host, process, and display the content solely for providing Services.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and reliability of the content you upload.

6. AI Features and Generated Content

CrewThrive may provide AI-powered recommendations, summaries, training assistance, and generated content.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some CrewThrive services may require paid subscriptions or licensing fees. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CrewThrive to charge applicable fees.

CrewThrive services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of information and AI-generated outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewThrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to CrewThrive during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

CrewThrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
